Dear God, Heavenly Father.

All those who have just binged. Please comfort them and hug them so tight so they know you are there. Help them to feel your presence and power. I love you and want to follow your will. Without you, I have nothing. Without you, I am nothing other than a MONSTER. Please help me to ignore the voice of the devil and for your warmth and love to fill my soul. For your light to shine in front of me. Please show me the path. Help me to open my eyes up to it. Help me to commit to my plans and do my best. I understand I am only human. I can never be perfect but help me to realise that I can be there for others if I look after myself. Please God help me to love myself how you love me. I love the feeling of waking up to a fresh day having been abstinent the day before. The chance to live in this beautiful world that is so full. Theres never a dull moment to get bored.
